I was a victim being ran over by a SUV damaging my my body / head.

Never experienced a personal injury lawsuit before. I needed an attorney to help guide and explain the process each step of the way to me (very small steps it takes)

I had a few head injuries which made normal irritations go to the extreme and it was hard for me to comprehend a lot of the timelines and details. I honestly had a handful of melt downs not because of Guss but because of not understanding. However my attorney Evette kept explaining until i could understand/ remember.

Everett was the best match for me even though I kept second guessing the match up because I wanted an aggressive insulting attorney- Evette is the opposite.

She took her time with me. She's beyond empathetic with anyone with head injuries.

Evette understood my frustrations are not directly towards her but directed to my injuries. A lot of other attorneys could have snapped back or escalated and ruined our developing business relationship.

Not Evette. This is when I finally got why Stewart Guss teamed us up together..... because it would work. As long as I allowed it to work.

Through all my up/ downs in this case I second, triple, quadruple guessed everything because I just wanted to be healthy now and wasn't and I wanted this just over so I could move on in life.

However I stayed the course at Evettes direction and literally on year anniversary of being ran over we settled.

Im not writing this review because my settlement was a lot higher than I could have ever imagined.

I'm not writing this review because Evette's co worker Devon is a perfect compliment to each other professionally going that extra step of communicating right when you need it.

I'm writing this review because Stewart Guss team of Evette, Devon and Jason proved me wrong.

I honestly wanted to give up. I never saw this ending as it was alway something to get something just to go backwards to get something else.

They where right :). Stay the course and question absolutely everything until it makes sense- don't just say it does - have it make sense and if you're lucky enough to have a team in the end like I did..... well then you'll be writing a glowing review too!

Was not helpful whatsoever ever. Not attentive. Wouldn't recommend them at all for anything. Nothing came out of my case. No useful medical treatment for my injuries, and they actually costed me 800 by failing to give me information about my car. My case was free for me but I would have rather paid someone else at this point. Fuck u Gus

Took them over a YEAR AND A HALF to see they were representing another party involved in the accident and couldn't represent either of us. Guss passed my case to another attorney that wasn't great. Then they switched me over to another firm, where that attorney got fired and I had to switch lawyers yet again. My settlement was a joke.

This attorney is a piece of crap. I got hit by someone else and the first thing that they wanted to do was use my insurance to file the claim.......I could of done that without an attorney..... after I told them that, it was all downhill from there.... my case went nowhere. The other guy had his vehicle looked at and fixed within 24 hours, heck I was told that I would get provided transportation to the physical therapy and I still had to drive my daughter and myself in my vehicle even though it was messed up. Two weeks after I told them that we still didn't want to use them as my attorney, they called back instantly and released us with no problems.... BUT I KNOW FOR SURE THAT IF I WOULD HAVE GIVING THEM MY INSURANCE INFORMATION THEN THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING A LOT FASTER.... THEY EVEN WANTED MY PERSONAL HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION...... YOUR JOB IS TO GO AFTER THE PERSON THAT HIT ME........ DONE DEAL

These guys partner with Gibson Hill injury firm to take advantage of clients, especially if they don't look like them. I hired these guys in 2019 after being rear ended in college station, February 2022 I finally got the settlement about $200 they said that's all they could get because I have a pending criminal charge, what?!!?? They told me like $1600 and changed the price like 3 times they said they had the numbers wrong and have to make sure the attorneys get paid, I have the emails!! I'll add photos later
